Combining the display scenarios of fresh food supermarkets and regional climatic characteristics, the team of Absolute Zero provided customized services of "commercial vertical display cabinets + overall store cold chain planning":

1. Customized Commercial Display Cabinets: High-efficiency evaporators and fluorine-free environmentally friendly refrigerants were adopted, and the air duct design inside the cabinets was optimized, increasing the temperature uniformity inside the cabinets by 30%. The temperature of display cabinets in the fruit area was stably maintained at 5-8℃, and that in the meat area at 0-4℃. Meanwhile, the cabinet doors were made of double-layer hollow tempered glass to reduce cold energy loss.

2. Linkage of Store Cold Chain System: According to the different refrigeration needs of various fresh food zones in the store (fruits and vegetables, meat, seafood, frozen food), the refrigeration load distribution between display cabinets in each zone and the back-end cold storage was reasonably planned to avoid local refrigeration overload.

3. Energy-Saving Transformation: Intelligent variable-frequency fans and night energy-saving mode were added to the display cabinets. The refrigeration power was automatically reduced during non-peak night hours, and the refrigeration intensity was adjusted in real-time through temperature sensors to avoid "excessive refrigeration".
